I had placed an order on 1 March, Tradus took the money from my bank account. Now its more then 15 days and i am still waiting for the consignment. Today i got a cancellation mail from Tradus. My order has been canceled from Tradus end without my permission. Now i want my refund back with compensation of Rs 5000 for inconveniences caused. Case has been registered in consumer court under fraud activity. Sub Order ID:124842**_** Case No- XRR-112****-TSV. Under fraud activity. Claimable amount: 25,000/- INR Consumer court. (Delhi) If you can help me in this case so that would be very great help for me.

I am allso one of the cutomer of tradus since long time.I was some times happy and some times disapointed with the products you deliver. This time its been heights I have ordered a Wall Clocks through Tradus with Sub-Order ID " 111185**_**" and got delivered wrong product, I contacted the seller directly and he accepted his mistake and promised to take the product back and promised me that he will send me the correct one, this happened on July 2013-10-10 Since then I was contacting Tradus through mail(as your Esteemed company no provision of Call service) till now the product was not been picked up from me.

I've ordered for the "TOG Polo T- Shirt Pack of 2 (Blue/Black)" on August 1st. It was said it will be delivered in 7 - 8 days. The shipment was dispatched and reached b'lore on 17th. After repeated follow up it was delivered to me on 29 th August. Exactly 28 days from the ordered date. Worst thing is I got a wrong size. I ordered for Large, but I got the XL. I tried calling the seller but there is no response for him. The T-shirt which I've received is useless for me. Its too large for me, I can't wear it. I requested the seller to arrange the reverse pick up for this item, there is no response from him. I've been trying to get my refund back. So far I've sent 30 emails, I didn't get any reply from them. The shirt look very cheap and nor worth for the money I paid.

I had placed an Order : 1036**** of Polo Ustin Watch combo on 11th Aug. The Vendor Pearl Technologies just delivered only one Watch. Since then i have been escalating the issue to Tradus team, which happened to be very no-responsive and non-customer caring. Extremely disappointed with Tradus team and Cheat Vendor “Pearltechnologies”.First of all Vendor doesn’t deliver what he committed, then Tradus team offers to taking a voucher of Rs 75 for faster resolution, then amount gets reduced to Rs 50.Tradus has lost all its brand equity by this transaction. Not reprimanding the Vendor on not fulfilling the commitment, then compelling customer to take the Tradus Voucher for a committed aount and then reducing the Voucher amount without even providing a reason for the same. I DON’T WANT ANY VOUCHER FROM TRADUS, EVEN IF YOU GIVE ME 500RS VOUCHER, I WONT ACCPET THE SAME. Only thing I would accept is the complete order or full refund of my order.Also a explanation from Tradus why the vendor didn’t send the full order, and what action has been taken against the same. Next step is that i had tried was raise the matter to Tradus Management, Mudit Khosla, the links mentioned to connect with them dont work, So all preplanned to cheat the customers

HI FRIENDS I JOINED TRADUS.COM TO ADVERTISE MY COMPANY AS WELL AS MY PRODUCT ,WHIHC WAS VERY GOOD IN QUALITY AND PRICE. I JOINED THEM ABOUT FOR ONLY 2 MONTHS,WHY I AM HERE TO SHARE THIS IS TO MAKE MY INDIAN FELLOW BROTHER AND SISTER KNOW ,HOW THIS COMPNAY WORKS.FIRST I WOULD SAY THERE ARE A WHOLE GROUP OF SCAMMERS ,WHO EVEN INDULGE THE SELLER TO DO SO.BY SHIPPING FAKE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER ,WHEN I JOINED I GOT A ORDER AFTER ONE MONTH AND WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO SHIP ,I WAS CONTACTED BY TRADUS.COM AND WAS TOLD THAT WE HAVE TO USE THERE LOGISTIC ONLY TO SHIP.I AGREED AND SHIPPED THE PRODUCT ,THEN I GOT ANOTHER CALL SAYING THAT CUSTOMER HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PRODUCT SAYING THE ITEM WHICH WAS SHOWN WAS NOT WHAT HE RECEIVED.I HAD THE CUSTOMER NO# I CALLED HIM TO CONFIRM ,HE STARTED TO ABUSE AND HANG UP THE CALL.I LET IT GO AND LET TRADUS RETURN THE MONEY ,FRIENDS I WAS NOT PAID FOR MY FIRST SALE IN TRADUS.COM. NOW HOW I SAY THERE ARE SCAMMING.I GOT ANOTHER ORDER I SHIPPED.AND THEN AGAIN I WAS CONTACTED BY TRADUS SAYING THE SAME THING.THIS TIME THEY THOUGHT I HAVE GOT ABUSE SO I WILL NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER ,BUT THEY WERE WRONG I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER TO CONFIRM ,THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY HAPPY AND IN FACT WAS NOT HAPPY WITH TRADUS AS THEY DONT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ASK ME ABOUT MY DIRECT WEBSITE FOR FUTURE ORDER..I TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH TRADUS ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND WAS ASKING THEM MY MONEY…BUT I WAS NOT RESPONDED.SO I THOUGHT TO CLOSE THE BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I EMAILED THEM ABOUT THIS.TRUST ME WHAT HAPPENED THE PERSON WHO FIRST ORDERED IN MY TRADUS STORE AND HAD ABUSED ME HE EMAILED ME ON BEHALF OF TRADUS EMPLOYEE. WHEN AFTER CHECKING FEW THINGS LIKE THE PHONE NO# HIS PERSONAL EMAIL HIS ADDRESS I CAME TO KNOW THAT HE WAS THE SAME PERSON. WHO ORDERED ,CALLED AND ABUSED ME.SO THE MORAL OF THIS INCIDENT IS TRADUS IS SCAMMING PEOPLE AS WELL AS SELLER. THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM BOTH THE SIDE.SHIPPING FAKE ITEMS TO CUSTOMER AND TELLING THEM AND NOT RESPONDING FOR CHARGE BACK. TAKING MONEY FROM SELLER SAYING THE CUSTOMER HAVE CHARGED BACK. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BIG NAMES AND BIG COMPANY…THEY ARE FRAUD.,..IF ANYONE WANT THE FULL PROOF ABOUT THIS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. THANKS
